Just came from a Tahoe Heavenly trip on my new Salomon Lord 177cm skis.

I am 41 yo, 170lbs, advanced skier.

The skis are very lively, very quick edge to edge. They handled just about anything, trees, moguls, groomers.

One thing I noticed though is when I carve on a relatively high speed the downhill ski (the one which has most of the load) starts vibrating a little. They hold edge well but the chattering is not very pleasant. My older skis were shorter and I could not push them that hard so I have nothing to compare. Is it normal? Are they too soft for high speed carves?
