Ski mostly at Snowbasin Utah. Last weekend I graduated my grandaughter (age 4.75) from the bunny slope to the Becker chair for a longer run. Becker has only one easier way down - Bear Hollow to Snowshoe. Much to my amazement I found a terrain park had been built on Snowshoe. She almost got hit twice by the crazy, out of control kids trying the jumps and rails.
My question is, " Why would any sensible ski area management put a terrain park on the only really isloated beginner slope?" YGBSM. I wrote a fairly rantless email but have had no reply. I am so disappointed with this decision.
