I'm on the lookout for some closer fitting boots than my current Head S8s, which, apart from having a 100mm last which is a little roomy for my narrow foot, are perhaps a touch too large was well (27-27.5 - I think I may need to go down a size). My local ski shop has Head Raptor 90s which interest me, as they fit the bill and are inexpensive. They're junior boots, but I'm wondering how important that really is, given that they fit me? I'm pretty lightweight, at 142lb (unclothed), although at 5'11" I'm probably taller than the typical customer these boots are aimed at. Are these a viable proposition for me? Some junior boots have low cuffs but these don't, so that's not a problem for me.
