It's turned to absolute shit here in switzerland

Thread Starter

After the december cold snap and great snow, it's been hot and when not raining, hot and sunny, up to 2500 to even 3000meters.

Went out today to a place I thought high enough and north facing enough to have ok snow, and the slopes were covered with massive brown patches everywhere.

To make things worse, the forecast for the next 10 days is warm,  10-12 degress celsius with more rain and more sunshine, freezing level going up to 3300meters.

I have some really coarse structure brushes for ya. Lightly used, just cover the cost of postage.

It's sticky and grainy, you know you want 'em.

Sure, that's why they're still shoveling off your streets in New York and all the strawberries froze in Florida.

Yeah, it's ugly over there right now.  I was in Villars-sur-Ollon last week.

We were going to visit Zermatt for a couple days and stayed for four nights instead because the forecast for Bretaye was pouring rain (at ~6000 feet).  Zermatt was great, but not much accessible off-piste due to thin/icy cover.
