I recently bought a pair of Lange Banshees, the 09/10 model. I have been wearing them around my office, with a lot of laughs here in Orlando, Fl, for the past two weeks to get my feet ready for them before I leave for Squaw on the 28th of January. Its the first new pair of ski boots I've had in about 11 years so I am trying to get comfortable in them. I figured that when I got out to the Tahoe area I wood look into getting custom footbeds depending on the costs.
Well, today I was messing around with the boots and I decided that I would see what taking the stock Lange footbeds out felt like, I did so and its great! I have a somewhat flat foot so I guess the extra space in the liner is what I am appreciating, but I figured I would throw it out to the experts. I know I can physically ski like this but am I nuts?
Any help or advice is greatly appreciated, thanks guys!
