I have an issue with having constantly sore lower legs/ankles. At the start of the season, I got new boots which at first didn't have enough ankle support but I feel that has been addressed now so I don't think that is the issue.
I'm mostly wondering if my ankles/lower legs are just overworked and if that's common/normal when skiing a lot. I've never done more than a week of skiing (ski vacations) at a time before but this season I've already done 24 full days in the last month and a half so maybe this is normal?
I can still ski every day but at the end of the day it's hard to stay balanced because I'm so sore. I'm just worried that I could be causing some permanent damage although it doesn't feel like I'm actually injured, just sore.
So could this be normal or does it sound like something is wrong with my boots?
