Probalby a dumb question :-D but what wax is one supposed to use on the 'snowphobic' top sheet of the new coombacks? just rub some glide wax on them or?

thank you

There is no need to wax the top sheet.  It is "snow-phobic" and was allegedly factory treated to repel snow.  Basically mount, wax bases, ski, and finally have fun

The guy who sold me my Coombacks suggested putting Rainex on the top sheets.  I haven't tried it myself yet (they work pretty well by themselves), but intend to.

Yeh I've heard other people mention they waxed them somehow and worked even better, so far so good on the stock stuff, hope it doesn't wear off fast

Lemon Pledge.

They'll smell lemony fresh and it'll bring out that beautiful wood shine......wait, they're not wood........nevermind. I was thinking of something else.
