The weather cleared, Cham looked busy so off through the tunnel, up the nearest lift to this ;)

Didn't want to walk far so dropped in

Skied all the way down, had to do a bit of bushwaking to get out

Next run started with a bit of a breeze

Then skied this little (2000ft) face

Getting out was a bit tricky

The run to the road was nice though

I took the car home while the other guys skied La Vallee Blanche (Italian Variant)

Wow.  Looks like a beautiful day in the Alps.  Thanks for the pictures.

Amazing!!!  Thanks for sharing.  Makes us little guys skiing the Catskills of New York extremely jealous.

Gorgeous photos.

So is that Courmayeur you skied? That's the Italian side of Mt. Blanc?

How was the food?

It was the Hellbronner lift from la Palud rather than
Courmayeur itself (3km away) didn't eat there myself but
Have in the past and it's excellent. smile.gif

I have read that Courmayeur has 21 lifts and 23 restaurants. It may be the only place to have more restaurants than lifts.

Is this the lift you're talking about?

Great stoke as always Tom.

Are you around the weekend of Jan 23? Would love to share turns again after 3 years.

Stoked for you.

Will get back in touch before I head down. Gordy is supposed to be around with his gang too, could be a nice reunion.
