A couple years ago i broke my leg in a pretty serious ski accident and needless to say i haven't skiied in a couple of years. Anyway over the past few days I have been skiing and have been having pretty intense quad pain.
I would just like to know what is causing this:
First of all I'm about 5'7" and 310 lbs and i haven't skiied in a while so is it just my muscles getting used to skiing again?
I do have new Nordica boots and a new pair of 2009 Volkl Mantras so could it be from that?
Is my technique wrong? I might just be scared from the accident and am sitting too far back/forward.
