One - Pee

One - 3 - Pee

Anyone know?

Sounds funny but it is really different from the way it looks. It sounds like "Jimmy". But with an emphasis on the second syllable. More like Jim-EH.

Sorry couldn't resist. I always say Oh N 3 Pee. But I really don't have a clue.

I think Scott addressed this somewhere sometime. Pretty sure it is officially: oh - en - three - pee

There was a thread on this on TGR, and Spindrift's post is what the company's creator's said, but they also don't seem to have a problem with other pronunciations.  It is the name of the cross streets where the factory is located. If you read the logo on their skis upsidedown in looks like "devo."   We are not men, we are ON3PO!

Following on.  How do you pronounce Vicik?  Is the "c" pronounced as an "s" or with a European "ch"?

Like an "s".

Will was a fine young man. RIP.

" European "ch  ".

y'all know that here in Europe we speak more than one language, and it's the Italians that pronounce c as ch.

Simple periods would solve the confusion O.N.3.P.

Yep, I do know that.  I was actually referring to the "ic" ending of central European surnames (like half our football/soccer team).  But you got what I meant.

Actually it wouldn't solve any confusion.

ON3P is an acronym for "13th and Proctor"

"The project was given the name ON3P Skis (Oh-Ehn-Three-Pea) after the names of the cross streets of the house I lived at in Tacoma (Thirteenth and Proctor = ON(e) 3 P)"
