I used to ski a lot as a kid but I took a break for awhile, Did some ski boarding and had one day with skis where I was back up to hard blues. I need some skis to get back in the sport, I plan on doing a good bit this year and progressing back into the blacks. I am 5'8 weight 155 pounds and am pretty athletic any suggestions on last year skis/on sale skis I could get for around 200$?

My suggestion: spend your money on a good pair of boots instead. Unfortunately, $200 may not be enough for a good pair of boots that are actually fit to you. But I'd still say to spend as much as you can on boots and just find some skis that will get you through the season as cheaply as possible.
You can look online for overstock of last year's skis, or on ebay/craigslist/the 'for sale' forum here, etc. for used skis in your price range. People usually sell skis long before they're worn out. It's actually pretty hard to find terrible skis anymore, as long as you stay away from the models geared for complete beginners.
To provide any kind of remotely useful recommendation on specific models, we'd need to know more about how you ski, where you ski, and what kind of terrain you ski on (front-side groomed trails vs. moguls+trees vs. off-piste ungroomed bowls, etc.)
