Hello, I recently bought a pair of Fischer Soma 85's,
I went in to the ski shop called levelnine and asked them about boots. The guy measured the length and width of my foot. On the measurer it said 26.0. He got a pair of rossignol boots and I tried them on, I didn't like how they felt all roomy up by my toe. I used to have cheap 24.0 boots that would kill my toe after a day of skiing almost to the point I would stop skiing. I have had the boots for 2 years and my foot has definatly grown since. In a street shoe I am a size 9. Anyway, I bought those Fischer's in a size 26.5 to allow growing space. they feel comfortable and I haven't broken them in yet, but do you think they would be too big? Would this affect my skiing if they are? And this guy didn't make any adjustments to the shell or anything. Is it neccasary I get these boots "fitted"?
