I think I probably have about all of the product line (), and my two-tone blue Sidewinder now lives at Whistler. While it's a great jacket (nice length), the way it fits when the zipper isn't all the way up, with one side flapping about got annoying, so I don't use it as much, and just keep it 3,000 miles away as part of the quiver there.
I second the fact that the Stinger is very nice (mine's in Jalapeno), I also really like the Beta (bright red), which is sitting in my suitcase right now to go to Whistler. It's a bit shorter than the Stinger, so you might want to consider how long you like your jackets.
Also consider that the Sidewinder is a shell (as is the Beta and Stinger), but the Stingray has a little insulation in it, so that's another consideration. My Stingray is in a yellow-orange and it's also a really nice overall jacket, that without an insulating layer works as a three season piece.
Wow, 50% off wholesale - well, if it all gets too confusing, feel free to send it to me, and I'll be happy to take of it for you.
Bottom line is you can't go wrong with any one, but check carefully regarding whether you want insulation or not, Goretex or windstopper, length, general fit etc, then enjoy!
