I wear a size 10.5 shoe. I'm looking for something lightweight, and comfortable. Willing to buy used. Working with a $200 budget. Any advice is helpful

Any boot you buy at a big box sporting goods store will be comfortable, in the store, and probably 2 sizes too big. Boots are the most important gear you can buy for skiing, but unfortunately because they don't have sexy or offensive graphics people tend to buy skis first and boots last. What you really need to do is go to a boot fitter and get boots that fit your feet. Yes, it will cost more than $200 but in the long run you'll have boots that are more comfortable and that you won't think you need to to replace next year because they just won't be comfortable for actual skiing. In the long run it will also cost you less money. I always tell beginners, when they ask about buying gear, to get properly fitting boots first. If budget is an issue, rent skis for a season, but don't try to save money on boots.
