3mm of plastic...the Ti is a 95mm last the CS a 98mm, the wall thickness on the Ti is greater so the boot flexes a little stiffer and and can have more material ground out for fit purposes
the liner in the CS is a little thicker and softer, the one in the Ti is thinner, firmer and lace up
all can be made softer, and all can be made stiffer although making a boot softer is the preference
the lateral response from the Ti will be better as the shell is closer to the foot/leg
think of the CS like the car they use as the safety car in formula 1 motor racing and the Ti as the actual formula 1 car itself...two things need to be considered....
2 what are you doing in the boot, if you are racing at FIS level then the Ti is the tool of choice, if you are skiing around all day for pleasure then it depends on what fits your foot best
