A local retailer told me that the Intuition Liner could make my size 21 boots feel like size 20 boots. I was wondering if that was possible, in the ideal situation (obviously I know everyone is different). I need my boots drasticly smaller all around, not just a little tighter. I was told a custom liner and custom footbed could do this.
Also does the Intuition Liner, or another custom liner come in say Junior sizes? After all this talking about the Intuition Liners, the retailer wasn't even sure they come small enough to work for me. What is the absolute smallest these liners can be made, or is there a better custom option for extremely small adult feet?
The boot fitter my coworkers prefer to work with is 3 hours away. I would just like to have some basic idea of what options I might be dealing with before I go there and find out there is nothing that can be done, or it's going to cost me $700+.
On a lighter note, a funny picture. I wanted to include this picture of me in size 17 kid's rental boots from the mountain I work at. I'm a 23 year old female, 5'0", 93lbs. ski instructor. My toes are scrunched up but other than that the general feel of the boot was pretty good! Yes, it is buckled, but for the first time ever, on the largest setting. I thought this was pretty funny. Now if I could only find this slightly longer, with a ~70 flex and could take the wear and tear of being worn 7 hours a day, 5-6 days a week I would be golden.
