Wide fore foot narow heal what boot?

I have a wide fore foot and narrow heal what boot do I need?  I am back to my Nordica Grand Prix's 130 after 4 other pair that I have tried.  The closest that I have gotten is the Lange 98 WC 130 11.5.  I have blown out the fore foot as much as I can and my toes still go numb.  Help!!!  There are no shops on the East coast that stock race boots.

Hey Bill,

I assume you want a race boot..I have not seen your feet but as you know any race fit you would need some stretching /grinding to help accommodate your foot shape. Possibly creating some more room in the heel area of the boot may help....Are you getting toe bang at the end of boot or more medial/lateral pressure on forefoot? Do all the toes go numb?

It is not toe bang.  The nerve between the toes (pinkey and the one next to it) is inflamed, just trying on my boot makes them numb.  I need more room in the toe box, and I have reached the limits that my boot fitter will stretch the Langes.  I went back to my Grand Prix and they are great, no pain or numbness.

If you have your foot measured at a store for width what is it?  A c or d width can easily fit a 98mm boot.  the C width without any work and the "D" width with only very minor work typically.

Lou I have a D width and my boot fitter has told me that I have reached the limit on streching.  What was the Width of the Gran
Prix?

See if your bootfitter could add a met pad to the insoles in the boot.  This may help spread met heads and take pressure off of nerves. Do you have custom insoles?

Burgman,  I'm ahead of you on the met pad, done.  I have intuition plug liners.  I'm thinking Lange 130 wide RX or RS.  This will be my 4th boot.
