Nordica Spitfire pro vs Rossignol Avenger 76 Ti or Avenger 82 TI - Page 2

Just couldn't resist.......................biggrin.gif

So.....you want an eastie carver in the low-mid 80's and you want it to be better than your TF in bumps. All the skis you listed are good hard snow guys but none will be notably better than your TF. I'd suggest you look at the Blizzi Mag 8.1. In the shorter lengths, (165,172) this is not an overbearingly stiff ski and (considering the category), it's pretty good in der bumpiezz.

Thanks for the tips guys.  SJ, I'm 6'3" and 200 lbs... I'm scared of skiing anything shorter than 175.  If I go a little shorter with one of those skis, will I lose the stability at speed the the TFs give me? Speed confidence while carving and crud busting performance are my main needs in a ski.  I definitely want something that is as good in ice and hard snow as the TF.  Thanks again!
