Thanks!

I have not been able to locate anyone thus far.

I was able to take a look at some Jack Wolfskin gear over in Japan. Sadly there are no retailers in the US that I know of.

Thanks.  Yea, I found some British websites, but I don't know how the stuff fits.  So, I'm hesitant to order from overseas without first knowing what size fits me, etc.

If you need translation help, I think there are a couple of Brits on the forum.

I am living in Germany, and I own quite a lot of this brand (although some older Stuff, since it became famous, I dislike it a little :) )

I can give you information about sized etc, if you tell me your hight and weight (and best would be in kg and cm instead of lbs and inch :) ) I could try to find out whats fitting for you

You are too kind!  Thanks.  I am a little robust.  I am about 5'8" or 172.72 cm's.  I way 200 lbs or 91 kgs.  I wear a large jacket in a lot of brands like North Face, Obermeyer, etc.  I've heard that generally, Jack Wolfskin stuff is built more slender and with generally longer arms compared to other brands.  Is that your experience?

Also, do you own any of their soft shells?  I like the Evolution soft shell.

Thanks!

Hey,

yes I own a "soft shell" but it is an older one, with fleece as outer layer.
And yes I would say that they are a little more slim fit and I normally have problems finding jackets with longer arms (since I am very huge, but thin) and Wolfskin always fits me.

The Jacket I have is sized L, I have university to attend right now, but I can show you a picture of it, and give you certain lengths if you want.

Edit:

http://www.jack-wolfskin.com/en/desktopdefault.aspx/tabid-1037/431_read-38037/usetemplate-product/ This is the fleece I own, and have here for measure purposes.
I will upload a picture with colored lines and give you the lengths of those lines.

Oh and btw: I own this jacket in XL sorry :(

Purple: 30 centimeters

Red: 47 centimeters

Yellow: 72 centimeters

Green: ~52 centimeters

Blue: 57 centimeters

Now you can compare those with the Size advise thing. And above I only measured the front side, at Wolfskin's site they give you the full surrounded measures

If you want any other measures or advise or so, just tell me.
