Hi, I'm 44 yrs. male, 5'7'' 200 lbs, and not sure about my level..
I started skiing four years ago and got addicted, means, for the last four seasons I was skiing about 50 days every year.
At the first two years I used to practice one of the basic Dynastar models 162cm,
And at the later 2 years the Rossignol z1 162 cm, but wasn't happy with it, I felt it too soft. I've also tried one of the Fischer models, but I cannot remember it's name, although I felt it was more comfortable and controlled.
I use a high felx index boots, 120, and mostly ski on the European trails; I do the blue red and sometimes the black as well. I'm still not good enough skiing moguls, but on groomed paths I can carve well, although I still have a lot to learn.
Now I wonder what would be my best skis to choose for continuing my progression and having fun, while I still mostly go on piste but once in a while off them.
What are your recommendations experts, of models and length, since I don't get much a chance for demoing..
People recommended me the Fischer progressor 8 , and the Dynastar contact groove, but I've never tried them out. I'm open to hear about any model you can advise me.
