HEAD Peak 78 or HEAD Peak LTD

HALLO

 

I am looking to get new pair of Ski's and I am pretty much stuck between these two ski's

 

Head PEAK 78

or

Head PEAK LTD

 

I am currently riding on ELAN Magfire 10 Fusion....  I am 6'1 and about 200lb.

 

I am very capable skier (Advanced ) who skis mostly on the Canada's East coast.  Mostly groomed and Powder conditions...

Is there any one out there who could help me decide which ski to get???

Serge, you wouldn't be able to find a lot of reviews (if any) on Peak Ltd. I searched a lot earlier this year and ended up buying Peak Ltd, mainly because their price was much more attractive (look at powder7). I haven't tried them yet, but noticed that they are super light, they claim it's 40% lighter than other skis because of hollow glass technology. not sure yet if it's good or bad for skiing but a plus when carrying.

Head Peak Ltd i'm pretty sure is the old Xenon 10 (a very good ski!).

Xenon range is no longer available in Europe (or maybe they still make some for austrian retailer, Intersport, but I'm not sure) since they brought Peak range on the market.

For more sidecut on the groomers I would take Peak Ltd at 177 cm. For everything else, I would take Peak 78 at 183cm. 

I guess you know more about how you are going to use it.
