For Years I have been a 110 flex guy-I always figured it's softer than a plug boot, but stiff enough for more demanding everyday skiing. But, now it seems that 130 is being pushed as the everyday expert flex-even for wider 'all-mountain' boots (like the lange rx130, or the Scorpion SF 130)-
Is the way to go? Do folks find this uncomfortable in bumps and trees (I've always liked a little give in those situations)-but maybe I'm just way behind the revolution here. Who benefits from the 130 over the 110 (or 120 in the case of the langes). Is it worth it to stay at the softer flex? Just wondering as I look to purchase new boots (right now I'm deciding between the lange RX's 120-130, or those Scorpion SF 110-130).
