I am looking for these for my 12 year old son who is a beginner/intermediate skier. If you have something, please let me know. Thanks. Carl

Carl i have some tecnica TnT boots that are a mens mondo 25.5 That is about a 7.5 or 8 US size shoe. They show some wear and tear but over all they are in good condition. Tecnica is known for being able to fit a wide range of feet there is a flex ajustment and a lean ajustment. Fro a 12 year old he may need to put them at a softer flex. Hows $40.00 plus shipping sound?

I have a pair of salomon equipe 10 t 144cm 103 -64 -90
salomon jr race gs skis 2 years old good condition w/ salomon 9-14 binding 225.00.
without binding ski for 100.00

A pair of salomon course jr race boots size 8 for 75.00

for 300.00 I think he would be set up pretty well for a couple of years.

you pay shipping of course.

Carl: Don't try to buy boots without trying them on. And that's at any price. Buying ski boots is not the same as buying street shoes.
The chance of buying boots via internet or some other electronic market place and having them fit is about 10%.

My strong suggestion is save some money and frustration and go to a shop specializing in ski boots. Then, you can start having fun!

Atomic 9.28 kids race boots, excellent condition, mondo size 24.5- $50.00

Dynastar kids 4x4 skis, 140 cm, Marker M19 bindings, excellent condition- $75.00

buyer pays shipping; if the boots do not fit, you can send them back (I'll hold onto your check until you tell me they fit ok). I also have a pair of Raichle kids rear entry boots, Mondo size 24, also excellent/nearly new condition- $25.00, but the Atomics are much better boots (4 buckle overlap, cuff canting adjustable)

I would be very wary of buying an adult boot for a 12 year old- not only is the flex likely to be inappropriate, but the cuff will probably be too high. I would definitely look for a kids boot. Salomon makes a kids race boot all the way up to size 27. My son (14 1/2) will be in that boot this year. He is 5'2", 85 lbs, and the bootfitter stongly warned us away from an adult boot.
