K2 MoD 7/8. Need help with a quote

Thread Starter

Hello fellow skiing enthusiasts!

A friend of mine wants to sell his K2 MOD 7/8 (181cm) for 500.00. I think this is a little steep. The skis are at least 4 or 5 years old. However, they're in very good condition.

What is a reasonable offer to make?

Thanks

Maybe $50.

... _very_  maybe.

There's about as much market for 10 year old ski models as for 10 year old computer models.

I meant the skis and $50 as a disposal fee. wink.gif

I kid.

Actually I still have a pair of those kicking around, I got them for like $150 with bindings in 2005. There are a very good bump ski.  I think they a good pair would be worth about $50 if you are feeling generous and want a very easy going ski to learn bumps on. Other than that they are useless.

You went from a T50 to a K2 Mod, or was there something in between?
