Which resort for beginner lessons

Traveling to SLT this feb with my brother and our wives (who are level 2 skiers).  Which resort would be the best for their lessons: Heavenly, Sierra at Lake Tahoe, or Kirkwood.

My wife requires a half size for her boot which our local resort doesn't offer (hence she doesn't ski often)

I was looking at Heavenly and really didn't see much of green trails at the top of gondola.

$165/day includes rental with non chair lift (I have no idea what that means)

Sierra at Tahoe has lift/all day lesson for $109

Kirkwood price 103/day

They plan on skiing probably 2 at most 3 days during this trip.  My brother and I are flexible but were planning 2 days at heavenly and 1 each at the others.

thanks for you help

A friend of mine took his first ever ski run with Heavenly lessons at the Border area.  It went well; By afternoon he had made it to the top of the mountain and got down (slowly).

Also, Heavenly has the view for everyone whether you ski or not

Thanks,

I was looking on the trail map and was looking for the border area but couldn't find it.  I thought the ski lessons are over by the gondola?

I was wondering the wisdom of having them take lessons wherever we are skiing that day.  I know they liked it when we were in Snowmass and then last year at Canyons where they had the same instructor for both days.  I am sure by taking mid week lessons to there should be smaller class size.

"Boulder" area.  I meant boulder.  Its on the Nevada side.  I wouldn't call Heavenly a beginner's mountain, but they have some reasonable trails for beginner skiers.  A lot of the blues are pretty gentle too.  My advice would be to stay on the Nevada side for beginners though.  California side is a lot tougher, especially down at the bottom.
