Would just like to thank Epic for letting me hang around for so long.

Special thanks to  Nolo, Trekchich, Bonni, GarryZ and for helping me out with some great advise and inspirational items I would like to thank;

Bob Barnes for his answer to my Reluctance in Powder question years ago

Bushwacker for his ski recommendations

Newfydog and Slider for letting me ski with you and some great tips

Holiday for his tips and overall expertise

Heluvaskier for his comments on my questions

My class at ESA Big Sky for the fun I had

Volantaddict for letting me follow him down Gladiator at Schweitzer(from a distance)

I know I have left some people/bears out but didn't keep a list.   And, heres to the Bears I haven't met in person and will ski with this year.

Thankyou Epic and all of you for letting me ski with you, actually or vicariously, its all been a ball.

Just glad to see you getting ready for another ski season and 3000 more posts.  Nothing like a police dept. hostage negotiation specialist to bring some sanity to an internet board.  And a great skier to boot.  Keep posting Pete.

Pete, enjoy your posts and glad 3K happened after your excitement this summer.

Look forward to making turns with you this winter.

Nice post. Course, with a landmark post like this, you should really be clarifying your position on beer. Just my opinion.

   Howdy Italy,   we are sort of related my mother's family hails from Cuneo which is also her maiden name.  Moosedrool is brewed in Missoula Montana by The Big Sky Brewing Company, mighty fine beer especially after a day poaching powder and hitchhiking back to the lifts er bar.

There's definitely a lot of GREAT beers in Montana....Oregon as well, I have to admit...

Thank you, Pete, for your kind words. You are a good skier and a fine gentleman, two traits not always found in the same person.
