Relax, Holiday, I'm just back from a week in the Caribbean and feeling real mellow.

Bedsides, you didn't say anything to offend me, I'm also rarely offended by anything said here.

You made your point, I was just wondering why you chose to illustrate basics with someone (Eric?) going over a cliff instead of on terrain which most of the skiers interested in learning this move would ski? Ski instructors should try to illustrate any kind of lesson on terrain that doesn't scare the student, but maybe that illustration was the only one available.

So what I think is that that particular skier can pull this jump off in a relaxed manner with correct movements, but which 97% of skiers who can and do this move ON the snow could not pull it off in the air over a cliff.

Or whatever. Cheers, I need another manhatten.
