Hi, I am in the market for some new boots, I am about 155lbs 5'7 and I would say an aggresive level 8 skier. I like to charge pretty hard, I enjoy a variety of terrain, inlcuding bumps trees and steeps. I ski primarily in the east coast, and I unforunetly only get about 10-20 days a year on the mountain.
My current boots 8 year old technica icons, Unfortunetly I am not sure of the flex rating, but I believe they are under 100. I am aware that the flex rating from boot to boot differs greatly, as well as it being only one of the many charecteristics of a boot, but I am looking for a general range to start my search.
I am looking for a slightly stiffer boot than my current and have been sized in a technica inferno blaze 120 as well as a salamon impact which i beleive was a 110. Does this seem right? would a 130 flex be to much for me?
