might buy new boots at whistler during this wkend's turkey sale: any fab boot fitters you suggest (I know that sometimes they may move around so while last yr they were at so and soj's store, while this yr they might not be)
I have the Dalbello Krypton Cross (3 buckle) and am just looking at alternatives. I'm an good novice-intermediate hoping to ski 40+x this yr. (was out 30x last yr).http://www.evo.com/outlet/alpine-ski-boots/dalbello-kryton-cross-id-2009.aspx
I did have some custom insoles made up by SnowCovers (have to pick them up this week) and I know that they have a Whistler location ...aside from them, anyone in particular that you've dealt with who has considerable experience?
My problem, too, is that one leg is 2/3" ''longer'' than the other (right leg is 'longer')... I don't know if its bone difference or just a hip or pelvic tilt...but leg length differentials are common: have to get a special shim built up for my cycling cleats shortly, too... at Snow Covers they could only build up the heel lift on the custom insole and thought that that might work..they said only racing boots had some special even platform where you could install a plate right across the sole of the boot for more lift.
