Smith Sol-X lens in I/O?

I am in the market for a new pair of goggles and have been ogling the I/O's for a couple years. Great reviews and they would fit well with my Variant helmet. Most of the ones I see for sale come with the Ignitor lens for bright and Sensor lens for flat. But some of the new ones replace the Ingitor with a Sol-X lens. I could not find anything on the Smith site about them - light transmission, etc. Anyone here have experience with them or could "illuminate" me? One thing I did discover is the replacement cost  - on Ebay, like $55. Yikes!

Sol-X = Low transmission, for bright light.

IMO - Sensor Mirror is the one of the best all around low light to mid bright light lenses out there..... Ignitor Mirror covers Mid- Very bright pretty well..... That's my set-up anyway.

I think the Sol-x is a pretty limited range lens.... You'd probably get more use out of the Ignitor, but would obviously depend on individual circumstances.
