Yesterday evening at the weekly Taiji class, something the Master said made me think:
"If you heart is in harmony with the nature, then even if your body is fighting there will be no violence...But if there is no harmony in your heart, even if your body is not fighting then there will be violence"

I think that, expressed in a somehow criptic way, this can be applied to skiing too (and a bunch of other activities)"

It was almost self evident to me, but , discussing it with other students it appeared that it was not so. What do you think?

The Master is confusing the heart with the brain!

Otherwise, I do believe that your mental state can affect the body in very surprising and sometimes negative ways.

Might be applied as:

Skiing is Grooving with Gravity....

Skiing as a Gravitational Dance...
