I just scored a pair of "Sled Dogs" snowskates at Salvation Army. Have any of you ever seen them or tried them before? I did a little bit of research, and they were made in Switzerland, and sold out all models last year.

Sled Dogs is the world`s first patented snowskate, and is a comfortable, light boot, with an intergrated unique base/ski with steel edges for a maximum control. The base/ski is fixed to the boot. Snowskates combine the freedom and agressive movements from inline skates and ice skates, with the freedom and challenge of slalom and snowboarding.
Here's a picture of mine. They need to be tuned-up, but look like fun.
