What are some good resorts/mountains to look into that would have snow at this time of year, would be reasonable for beginners, and are near SF or the East coast?
Hoping not to spend tons of money if a good bargain is out there for the early season.
Thanks in advance for any suggestions!
none for beginners, early november isnt ski season unless your an expert. Even if your an expert most likely the MTBing or kayaking will be better barring super creak storms.
1, waiting till at least Jan. Early Jan is not crowded and probably discounted.
2. if you insist on going those days in november, get new friends
3.If you dont want new friends go to the desert and learn how to MTB. November is a great time to visit deserts.
4. Learn to kayak. November is wet. kayaking can be great.
just remember ski season is still 4 months away. the resort and public dont know this but the best skiing in the northern hempshere is from Janurary to June. June is much better than november.
