I just got an offer for slightly used 08/09 Icelantic Pilgrims (Joan of Arc ed.)
Some rust spots on the edges, will need to get stone ground.
I've read these are great skis, locally made and I really dig the art.
They have what seems to be Look PX 12 Lifter Bindings:
Also seem to be pretty good.
NOTE: Either the bindings were mounted further forward before or diff bindings were on there, so there are extra drill holes from prev. mount.
He said he was hoping for $450, but would settle for $300
Now the backstory. Advanced skier, just moved to CO from the east coast and left my beat old skis there (ice skis anyway). Since the move was expensive and I have a lag in pay, I can only afford one pair of skis for this winter. I would like to be able to handle all ski conditions and some powder (never skied out west before). Should this be them?
What do you think this kit is worth?
