I own and ski'd the Snoop Daddies (same as the snoop) in 184 cm last season. Im 195lbs, 5'11, advanced skier.
My 2 cents, the snoop is a really fun ski, it has that grippy atomic feel in the center with softer tips and tails for easy turnability. For its worth, I found the snoops good in almost everything but crud.
Maybe it was the specific type of crud that I had difficulty with. At snowbird, back side, there is a lot of windblown crud, exploded by charges they set to keep avalanches from occurring. So basically you are skiing over deep crusty ice rocks in some parts, some deep icey crud (undetonated) in others. I found that i sank a little in this and had some trouble maneuvering in it. You pretty much HAD TO CHARGE.
Again though, this was really the only scenario where the ski did not perform the way I wanted. For charging, I recently got the ON3P Wrenegade in 191cm, longer, stiffer and with rocker for charging in these conditions.
Id says you could use the Snoop in all but the most frustrating crud, but for groomers, light soft snow and tree skiing it was truly a great ski.
