Seeking people who were to Crystal Mountain

Hello everyone,

my name is Susan and I am new to this fo

The reason why I am writing is that I am currently writing a little story which takes place is the area of Crystal Mountain, but to be honest I have not the slightest clue what I am writing about as I have been there at all... All I have got is the information that I got from google and and the official websites.

So what I am looking for is somebody who has been there and would be so kind to answer some simple questions about the area in general and its facilities and nearby villages such as Greenwater and Enumclaw?

It would be very kind of you if you dropped me a line ;-)

Thanks very much!

Susan

Enumclaw used to be a small town, surrounded by agricultural areas, but now it's a sprawling suburb with new housing, strip malls, fast food chains, etc. There are still some nice old homes and a very small old downtown with some cute shops. Greenwater is more a cluster of buildings than a town--there's a gift shop/espresso/ice cream place, the Naches Tavern (which is an institution), an rv park, a fire station, a ski shop....that might be about it, since the cafe closed. In between Enumclaw and Greenwater is mostly logged land owned by timber companies. Between Greenwater and the Crytal Mountain turnoff is mostly national forest land (there is some privately owned timber land as well). Just past the turnoff to Crystal is Mt Rainier National Park.
