This little baby is arriving at her office on Wednesday for me:

Canon 180mm L

http://www.canon.co.uk/For_Home/Product_Finder/Cameras/EF_Lenses/Macro_Lenses/EF_180mm_f35L_Macro_USM/

I was trying to find a good pic of it and came across this one:

...which is now approaching my lineup!

24-70 f2.8L check

180 f3.5L macro check

70-200 f2.8L IS check

300 f4L IS... maybe, if not then the 400...

Aren't tripod collars sexy?

It never f'n ends, does it, WTFH?  It's all Trekchick's fault . . . ever since she said, "hi," on my bulletin board, and I discovered that she was beginning an interest in photography, I've spent over $2,000 in new glass, and I'm about to spend another grand on that super-sweet, DC-Nikkor 105mm f/2.0 I've always wanted. Thanks a lot, Trekchick!

Yeah, it's her fault.

I also need to upgrade my tripod and get a monopod.

...oh, and a ring flash.

Where is the shot of the ring?

The bottom one retails at over $800 (considerably more in the UK) and has a guide number of 22. That's a lot of sparkle!

If you're talking about the other ring, she has the temporary one (a white gold 5 diamond eternity ring) which is to last for a few months, until we go to South Africa to get the real one.
