I live in Sunnyvale near 85 and have done multiple days trips to Dodge, Sugar Bowl and Kirkwood over the years.
Dodge ridge, Sugar Bowl and Kirkwood are all doable in 3 hrs 15 to 3 hrs 30 with one 10 minute stop for McD's on a weekend with out crazy speeds (cruise control at 73 in a 65).
Kirkwood depends on no snow for a day or so for 88 to be clear or else can slow down.
Sugar Bowl coming back is always the slowest as 80 coming back, even on Saturdays almost always backs up somewhere.
Sierra at Tahoe may be as close but never done it.
Since you said weekday, I would think Dodge or Kirkwood would be much better as 80 on a work day is a crap shoot, let alone 680 between 580 and 24 to get to 80. Dodge/Kirkwood you are going against the commute on the way to 580 and then you are clear of weekday commute stuff.
