Would be very interesting to see catalog or understand changes from current products? I am particulary looking for RT TI 150 information.

the only change is the graphic and the clip moves to a nice new low profile ally one from the slighty bulkier one of this season........ you can buy carbon clips if you have money to burn think they will run at around €179 for a full set

if i remember rightly you may even get laces for the lace up liner this time

CEM, thanks!

I have one more question here about canting adjastment for such boots. Because Atomic RT TI 150 have standard sole height what is the right order of operations:

1. Put lifter then grinding it and boot rant?
2. Grinding the sole and rant and add lifter after? If so - how many millimetres can be stripped without affecting boots reliability?

normal proceedure is to plane what angles are required then attach lifter and rout back to DIN specs

not sure what you mean by how much can be taken off, as very little is normally taken off the high side when the boot is angled... why would you want to take more off than rerquired, FIS height regs are easily attained in that boot with a thin footbed and minor work a 5mm lifter can be installed without going over height

One more question here: Is anyone compare instep of

1. Atomic RT TI 150
2. Salomon X3 Lab
3 Lange WC 160
4. Nordica Dobermann Aggressor

How would you rank it for instep?
yes they all have insteps, they are all race boots so the insteps are lower than most boots. they are all ski boots so the relationship between one instep height versus the other is only relevant to the foot that is going inside. which means that the instep height is adaptable on all of those boots with work that can be done on the boot board, or tongue, for opening up more room, or with tongue shims or the boot board for closing down excess room.

a good idea would be a visit to a shop that carries all of these boots and try them on your foot. then the relationship between other peoples feet and the opinion of others as to the dimension of these boots will become clear.

Anyone?

In my experience both the Nordica Dobermann EDT and the Salomon X3 Lab have a little lower instep than the Lange and Atomic.

Nordica specifically lowered their instep when they relasted their Dobermann last season.

Note: The Dobermann Aggressor is no longer produced and Lange's race boot is now the R2006 / ZC
