I took my Level II last weekend in Central. Passed the teaching easy but two of three examiners failed me on my skiing largely because I do not consistently initiate my turns with the LTE of the old outside ski. I engage the new outside ski first. My boots fit, I've had my stance analyzed and I don't ski on skis that would hamper my ability. I have a little time left this season and I'd like to make some progress. One examiner suggested working on white pass turns. Let me be the examiner in the teaching scenario and say "how do I move beyond this point ?" I do work with some great local trainers but clinics are done for this year and I've been "stuck" at this point for awhile. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
