Before you say hey hardsnow performance will suffer......you are kinda of right but who cares those who actually wants hardsnow only skis will be able to get them untill a world cupper wins a race on a rockered ski I think youll be able to find cambered race skis...but in all honesty SL skis with rocker could very well be next. also some food for thought I platnuimed at nastar(not real racing I know) on pair of 177cm Blizzards The ones that have tip and rail rockered.
Snowboarding is ahead of the curve on us, alot of snowboarders now have rocker/reverse camber.
So it doesnt matter what you think, the ski makers have already made up there minds. Camber was stepping stone untill they could figure out rocker and how to make it work on all types of snow. In 2011-12, 2 seasons from now I guess Ill find out if I am right. the question is do you agree with me.
In a few short years its going to be the early 2000s all over again, except instead of straight or shaped, its going to be rockered or cambered. Rocker will win out.
