Any one know much about Icelantic skis? How durable are they?

They are very durable.  They also tend to have a sidecut that makes them very easy to turn, so they are good on groomers.

So you would say they are freestyle material?

i think they may be some of the best built skis out there these days. they are built in the same factory as Never Summer snowboards, which are tanks... between that fact and the 2 year warranty they have, i bought a pair of nomads last year and LOVE them.

Freestyle is a very loose definition, they are not racing skis if that is what you are asking. Other wise it depends on the model you get. Some of the models work best in powder, and others are made for park. Look up their web sight
