Not sure but Weem's/Weem's son Packy won the Colorado Freeride Competition today at Snowmass! Nice work!

PS>Weems nice to see you on the hill yesterday!

Possessive rules are thus:

A possessive ads an apostrophe and an "s," as in, "Bob's ski broke."

When the word ends in an "s," like Weems, you have two choices.  You can either follow the above rule (Weems's) or just leave off the last s (Weems').  Either one works.

Plural possessives follow the same rule, except using an "apostrophe s" is quite rare.

There is only one exception, and that's for "its."  Since "it's" is a conjunction of "it is" and needs an apostrophe, "its" (no apostrophe) is the possessive form of the word.
