Nice find! It's really something to see his inside ski get whacked by the deflected gates - and a testament to how much the outside skit is still the dominant turning and controlling factor in modern racing (as well as how important line and turn completion is, because most of these gate strikes are after Neureuther has completed the majority of his turn), especially on extreme hills and/or course sets!
And the quality of the video is nice, too: you can see the marks from the water injection on the course, especially toward the end.
Anyone speak German?
Here's the description on the slo mo video: "Sein zweiter Lauf war ein Rodeo-Ritt à la Bode Miller"
More on the Kitzbuhel 2010 slalom:
Here's full speed Neureuther on second run. Not sure if slo mo is first or second run.
You really get an idea of the speed they are moving at.
Here's a shot of the scene at Kitzbuhel slalom 2010.
Neil Diamond's "Sweet Caroline" is playing to the crowd! -And they're singing!

Check this one out. The fam goes heli skiing in Alaska or BC. Mom and Dad both former WC racers and the son a current WC racer. Not a ton of skiing, but he puts the hammer down around 4:45. You'll probably appreciate it more if you understand German because Mom and Dad talk about the trip.
Very cool videos. Around min 4:30 the parents comment on the dynamic and pace of the youngsters (Felix und Amelie) and how they want to straight line fast. I'm wondering what Lindsey Vonn's gonna say about her kids: "ah, only speed's on their mind"
