I'm all mixed up please explain how a kegel exerciser affects fore/aft balance?
And I found this other site with a forum (a lady called Lisa even posts) but there are a few things I don't understand (even Bob Barnes book didn't help to explain some of the technical terms)http://www.mykm.net/
"The Kegelmaster is brilliantly designed such that you will start squeezing against resistance that is at a level that is comfortable and appropriate for you and well before you get to the 14th strength setting you could do tricks" - What type of tricks? and will I be able to do a 360 grab snatch?
Would it be better for me to join one of your classes to improve my performance, you do a kegel class don't you?
PS Thanks again it looks like a great piece of balance trainning equipment, great for all ages with one user saying "It has worked for women in their 80's". Would you believe it somebody even joked that it made them better in bed Ha Ha Ha . I can't wait to get down to the shop for a demo, should I use it on 'carpet' or a hard floor?
