I've heard that they crush it all. I've also heard they are only working on deep soft snow.
I've seen the smiles on those who say they can carve powder, they can ski powder effortlessly, the ski makes a natural turn in powder, they are enjoying a new way of skiing.
People say they ride up over everything, tossing you around a lot. People say all the riding up makes for a rough ride, hard on the feet. I've heard the super fat versions get bounced so hard on chop that it hurts.
From what I hear, the ski is very specialized, and being marketed as a do-it-all ski. I don't ride any of those designs, sooooo....
you who do, what do you experience in deep powder, soft crud, set up heavy crud?
(and lets avoid macho claims at how you can crush anything if you ski fast enough, hard enough, or on a big enough skis cause you're 17 years old and can take the pain) and stay with what the ski is doing, not how great you do what you are doing to the ski.
