Belleayre vs Hunter/Windham

So, my usual places for my day trips are Hunter and Windham, but I have been talking to some people on the lift that say

Belleayre is nice.  Is this right or should I just stick with Hunter and Windham?  I was wondering about these things: Glades (when we get some more snow and not rain!!), lifts, length of trails, snowmaking and grooming, bumps, and challenge.

Thanks

Glade: Belleayre wins this one. A bunch of marked glades.
Lifts: Windham. 2 High speed lifts, and none of that constantly breaking down stuff at Hunter...
Length of Trails: Probably Hunter. Belt Parkway provides a great long cruiser, and where else can you find steep and really long bump runs like Hunter West south of VT? There are also black runs stretching from summit all the way to base. It's not like at Belleayre, the top 300 vertical is black, and Windham where there is like a couple hundred vertical feet of black, there's blacks going all the way down almost. And Hunter is bigger than Belleayre and Windham.
Snowmaking: Hunter? Duh.
Grooming: Windham.
Bumps: Definitely Hunter.
Challenge: Definitely Hunter.

Hunter markets themselves to the advanced and expert, Windham to the intermediate, and Belleayre for the less crowds. But, in my experience at Belleayre, it was barely less crowded than Hunter and Windham would be and doesn't make up in terrain.

Sure Belleayre would be nice for one day, but I personally like Hunter and Windham more (Hunter being my favorite).

For me, Belleayre is hit and miss.

It's not very well organized and not too efficient. So, some days, it's nice and quiet and I had a great time. On other days, a small crowd turn the place into a zoo and I wish I had gone elsewhere!

Mid-week, it's fantastic. Weekends... well, I haven't tried lately so can't say. But I had some bad weekend experience that prevented me from going back so far.

Well, mid week is fantastic everywhere in the Catskills. Even Hunter is practically empty mid week.

If you are looking for glades in the Catskills go to Plattekill. But, they are only open Fri-Sun, unless they get more than a foot of snow. Then, you can't beat Plattekill.

Hey everyone,  Do you think I should go to hunter or windham this weekend? Windham website says that they are making snow on more trails than hunter but should I go by that?
