foward pressure adjustment on a marker MX12.0 demo binding

Thread Starter

I just purchased new apache recons with marker 12.0 demo bindings.    I am able to easily set boot sole length  and DIN.    I see a pin with an arrow shaped grid on it, where I would expect to find a forward pressure adjustment "screw"  this pin appears to be non- adjustable to me.  Am I correct in assuming that it is in fact not meant to be turned, and just to serve as an indicator as to whether the proper sole length setting has been selected with the main adjustment wheel under the sole of the boot.  Have I found everything that needs set-up on this binding?  Are there twist adjustments to be made or are they all pre-set functions of the DIN and sole length.  This is my first post to this site.  Not sure whether to post email here.   If so please respond to adams429 at yahoo dot com

There is no proper fwd pressure adjustment on that demo binding. The arrow should be half way in/out of the housing when the boot is in the binding, adjust the wheel to adjust fp.

So: DIN> BSL> go SKI.
