I just recently purchased the nordica ignition 2008 model. The ski has a mark on it for air and for ride. The guy at the store told me that the "air" mark was the true center of the ski. I have never had a center mounted ski and decided that I didn't want it totally center mounted but I wanted it close. So I told him to mount them 2.5 cm behind the air mark. They did, then I went to pick them up and found that the "air" mark is not the true center of the ski. I was kinda disappointed. Should I have them re-drill the skis and move them forward? I am a midwest skier and I ski a lot of park and bumps. I plan on getting a different ski for trips out west in powder. Is it bad to be re-drilling skis?
