Restaurants at PC?

We've been before at Park City. Had a great time and also found some good (steak)restaurants. But we couldn't find a good restaurant where the locals go to. Any suggestions? I would love to find something like we found in Breckenridge; a sportsbar (in mainstreet) with great food and local folks. Or a place where you can order cornbread and those kind a stuff. Sure not one of those chains!

We really liked "Taste of Saigon" when we went. it's Vietnamese and, since Houston has a huge amount of Vietnamese (more than people living in Utah), we didn't think we'd find that good of a Vietnamese restaurant in Utah. I recommend the Vermacelli with Beef Lemongrass. There was also a pizza restaurant we went to that was a local hangout but I can't remember the name. Where are you staying?

There are a couple of Irish (In Name at least) places at the very bottom of Main St.  Watched the NCAA BB tourney down there a couple of years ago and had a good time.  As far as the food goes I think it was just Pub Fare.  To tell you the truth I really dont remember too much about it.

Vietnamese? Sounds interesting. I love Thai. We did find a good Thai restaurant in SLC. Called Thaifoon.

Zoom has good cornbread.  Not sure about locals though.
O'Schucks is fun too.
